Transfer of the activities of ERIKS Flexibles & Raccords to ERIKS SAS, on 01/01/23
As of January 1, 2023, the activities of ERIKS Flexibles & Raccords will be transferred to ERIKS SAS and at the same time we will switch to our new ERP system SAP. This is the final phase of an integration that started several months ago, in which the purchasing and sales activities of ERIKS Flexibles & Raccords are harmonized with those of ERIKS SAS in Décines (69).
All contracts related to the supply of goods or services entered into by ERIKS Flexibles & Raccords with its suppliers, in effect on this date, will be transferred to ERIKS SAS from this date. This will not affect the content of our agreements, nor the place of your delivery of goods or that of performance of your services.
All your invoices issued for orders for goods or services, delivered or executed from 01/01/2023 must be in the name of ERIKS SAS.

What is the impact for you as a supplier?
Our supplier order numbers [CF + 6 digits] will become order numbers starting with 45 + 8 digits in SAP. We take advantage of this communication to remind you that all documents (order acknowledgement, delivery note, invoices and credit notes) must systematically indicate our order numbers.
At this date, all our teams will be intensely mobilized to ensure the success of the transition, and we are carefully preparing the change to ensure the continuity of our services. We are at your disposal to give you more information.

All orders delivered or executed from 01/01/2023 onwards must be addressed to ERIKS SAS with the new VAT number in order to be processed by our accounting department.
